UPON ARRIVAL
Please arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This allows time to review service goals, complete any necessary consultation, and address questions so your treatment can begin on time.
For facials and body treatments, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
We want you to feel relaxed and at ease—please arrive comfortable and ready to unwind. Light snacks and beverages are provided, and you are always welcome to bring your own.
To ensure the best experience, please remove jewelry you do not want product on prior to your service. Necklaces and larger earrings should be removed for facial treatments.
A private restroom is located inside the studio, allowing you to stay hydrated and comfortable without needing to leave the treatment space.
To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that phones be silenced during your visit. To preserve the calm nature of the studio, only the scheduled guest may attend the appointment unless arrangements have been made in advance.
Our goal is to provide a calm, unhurried experience from start to finish. Arriving prepared helps us give you the best possible care during your scheduled time.

Kay and Kavik’s private studios are located on the second floor of the MaMa Vallone’s building at

Kay’s studio is Room 1 and Kavik’s is Room 2

RUNNING LATE
Your appointment is scheduled with Kaylene or Kavik, whose time is allocated exclusively for you in their private studio.
If you are more than 15-minutes late, we have to cancel your appointment as we cannot accommodate you, which would negatively impact clients scheduled after you. You will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled service.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
We understand that life happens, and we do our best to support our clients when changes arise. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
All appointments at Swiftwater are reserved through our booking platform, Acuity. Once your time slot is secured, we kindly ask for MORE THAN 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged the full service amount. If a deposit was made, it will be refunded only if the cancellation is made outside of the 48-hour window. Rescheduled appointments within the allowed window will have the deposit transferred to the new booking.
You’ll receive a confirmation email/text at the time of booking, along with a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment.
NO SHOWS
Clients who fail to show up for their appointments are responsible for the FULL service amount, charged to the card on file.
We send reminder texts + emails to keep you in the loop, so make sure your contact info is good to go when you book. Sometimes we’ll check in with a few quick questions to get everything prepped for your service.
If the no-show fee is not paid or incorrect payment information is intentionally used, you will not be able to book with us again.
PAYMENT
We prefer cash, and accept Venmo or credit card with 3.9% fee. Tattoo is a cash only service.
CHILDREN / MINORS
We try our very best to offer a blissfully relaxing experience for all and for safety and insurance purposes, NO CHILDREN are permitted in studio. Thank you for your understanding surrounding this.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Although it is extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason but especially for the following:
Undisclosed medical or skin condition (including sunburn/suntan).
Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Inappropriate behavior or conduct that compromises safety or comfort.
Any behavior that could impact our ability to provide quality service or disrupt the experience of other clients.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for services or specific dollar amounts and must be present at the time of the service to be redeemed. Available to purchase online or in studio.
Our certificates in studio may also be mailed if an online order is placed and you’d prefer the “fancy” card vs the paper version you would normally print out with an online order.
Not refundable and not redeemable if lost, stolen or altered. Valid for one year.
REFUNDS
Spa Treatments, Tattoos, PMU Services, Retail Items and Gift Certificates are not refundable.
